NAE Dress Down Day - Quick Guide
Do
- Wear pants of your choice, provided they are not leggings, yoga, stretch, baggy, ripped, or skin-tight
- Ensure skirts or shorts reach the knee
- Wear leggings under skirts or dresses if desired
- Keep skirts unrolled at the waist
- Ensure dresses reach the knee
- Wear shirts and dresses that cover shoulders, midriffs, and backs
- Follow the athletic dress code if you are a student-athlete
- On Spirit Wear Fridays, wear school spirit gear or your uniform
Don't
- No skin-tight clothing, such as leggings or yoga pants
- No ripped, torn, or see-through clothing
- No revealing tops or dresses, including tank tops, low-cut styles, midriffs, or cold-shoulder/off-the-shoulder designs
- No clothing featuring inappropriate words, logos, or images
- No pajama apparel
- No carrying book bags, purses, or fanny packs during the school day; these must be left in lockers
- No heavily scented colognes, perfumes, or lotions
- Hoodies are never allowed
